Chiseling Wisdom -- to move toward any future goal

CHISELING WISDOM to move toward any future goal

Sometimes we strive too hard for something in the future.
But whatever you do, you are always doing it in the now.
There truly is no 'future time'.
There is only the 'now'.
So yes, know what you'd like to see in the future but don't dwell there.
Dwell only in the now.
It's the only place where anything can take place.
So focus on what you can do, here and now, which will move you toward a 'future' goal.
It's the only place that any action/non-action happens.

3 Biggest Reasons To Exercise, imho

 Your Body Is Your Vehicle.

I love this perspective shift!

We need to tend to our car vehicles at some point so they drive well. If we ignore the upkeep, our car won't last as long and/or not drive as well as it could.

Seeing our body as a vehicle brings the same kind of awareness to it.  So on to my 3 biggest reasons to exercise and keep moving and fueling the body!

My one sister had the great idea of climbing the tree for a pic. The 3 of them took their spots while I ran in the house for something...probably to go to the bathroom, lol and when I came back I decided to just jump up on that limb and take a different perspective.....if you know me at all you know I love to shift perspectives!

Getting back to the title of this post, the thing that I thought I'd never do again is FLY! On a PLANE!

Here's why I thought I never would and why I did it:

I was REALLY AFRAID TO STEP ON A PLANE AGAIN. I never had a bad experience. It was my fear that 'something may happen' and all the stories I made up in my head.

I remember the last time I was on a plane.....it was about 12-13 years ago. As soon as I got on the plane I had a panic attack. My heart...
