Each session will start with a centering practice and each session will end with a closing practice.

 Week 1 - Orientation and Overview 

 
Welcome to Living Yoga & Your Life Purpose. This week you will co-create an intentional, safe and supportive space where everyone feels comfortable and confident to dive deeply into the exploration of their individual life purpose and how the eight fold path of Yoga is specifically designed to support you in fulfilling this.

Week 2 - Soul Purpose
 
From a yogic perspective your Soul is pure, perfect and unchanging and your life’s purpose is to connect to this ultimate state of eternal bliss. This week we will explore the power of desire as a means to discovering your purpose in life.

Week 3 - Your Higher Purpose 
 
Dharma is the first of the four desires or Purusharthas. We all have a unique and individual dharma that when you uncover and align yourself to this it will become a compass for your thoughts and actions. Finding your Dharma - your true reason for being on this earth - releases a power and a capacity to live your fullest and best life with passion and purpose.

Week 4 - Unlocking Your  Dharma Code
 
This week we begin the Dharma Code Exercise. It's a lengthy and can be somewhat challenging activity so we have allotted two weeks to go over this. The exercise will reveal your dharma code to the extent that you are ready to receive it. In other words, while your dharma doesn’t change, your understanding standing of it can. This frees you up to play with the discovery process and reduces the pressure to get it perfect the first time around.

Week 5 - Dharma Decryption Deciphered
 
Through discussion and reflection, clarity emerges to give you your 'working dharma' and the jumping off point for moving through the rest of the book and your life.
