Why are we including The Four Desires book?
Each session will start with a centering practice and each session will end with a closing practice.
The first circle is a really affordable and comfortable way to begin.
Over the course of ten weeks, we will cover the eight limbs of yoga, the introduction and chapters one through ten of The Four Desires book.
At the end of the first circle, you may wish to continue on your own. We hope you will join us for circle number two, covering chapters 11 - 19 and maybe right to the end with circle number three and chapters 20 - 29.
