  • Learn new key actions and cues that will take your yoga practice to a whole new level of awareness
  • Benefits of different asanas (postures) - Why do we do these poses? How can they help us?
  • Sun salutations - Break down of poses in Surya Namaskar A
  • Yoga Practice - A practice focused around sun salutations, Surya Namaskar

MODULE 4:

  • Intro to Yoga Philosophy - We'll go over the benefits of diving into yoga philosophy and how it can bring more awareness into your life (aka, more joy, less worry, less stress)
  • Standing poses - You'll discover how to do the basic standing poses, their benefits and how to practice them safely 
  • Yoga Practice - A practice focused on standing poses - ya gotta practice what you learn!

  • Seated poses - The key components to doing seated poses safely and their benefits
  • Abdominals/Core - A look at the ab muscles and the crucial part they play in a yoga practice (as well as in your daily life activities)
